When you use Molov, we collect the information you provide directly, including your name, email address, and professional publishing information (PRO membership, IPI number, publisher name). We also collect audio recordings and lyric text that you create within the app, stored securely in your account.
We use your information to provide and improve the Molov service, including:
Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Firebase Storage), a secure cloud platform. Audio files and project data are associated with your authenticated account and are not accessible to other users without your explicit invitation.
Molov uses the following third-party services: Google Firebase for authentication and data storage; RevenueCat for subscription management; Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the data they process.
We do not sell your personal information. We share your information only as necessary to provide the service — for example, sharing your name and publishing information with collaborators on projects you have joined, or with payment processors to complete transactions.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at hello@molovstudio.com. Deleting your account will remove your personal information and projects from our systems.

By downloading or using the Molov app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Molov is a tool for songwriters and music producers to record, write lyrics, collaborate, and manage music ownership rights. You may use Molov only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for all content you create, upload, or share through the service.
You retain full ownership of all music, lyrics, and recordings you create using Molov. We do not claim any ownership over your content. By using the service, you grant Molov a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide the service to you.
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Molov is provided "as is." We are not responsible for any loss of data, revenue, or other damages arising from your use of the service. We strongly recommend keeping backups of your original recordings and project files.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Molov after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
